LIMEAR has a 24hr call centre that uses a globally accredited international medical dispatch system to respond to calls quickly and effectively. It enables our fully medically trained dispatch operators to provide advanced medical information to deliver lifesaving pre-arrival instructions (CPR, choking, childbirth etc). This may mean the difference between life and death for someone calling in an emergency. Our dispatchers receive all calls and respond to either an emergency or non-emergency with help and information. Coordinating the movement of our fleet of vehicles, they ensure all the information is passed to the ambulance crew and track the vehicles until they arrive on the scene of the emergency.
